At Sierra Health, our members have direct access to their doctor via phone, text, and video. Members are also welcome to schedule an appointment in-office, or even schedule a home visit; our doctor will come to you.
Month-to-Month Membership Plans
With your monthly membership, you get unlimited office visits with no copays, direct access to your doctor by cell phone, text, email, or video chat, same day or next day visits, extended, relaxed office visits, access to discounts on labs, pathology, and imaging, all without the need for insurance. Plans start as low as $30 per month.

Direct Primary Care is a model of healthcare in which doctors directly charge patients an affordable monthly membership fee for personalized care, bypassing insurance entirely.

Our patients pay a monthly membership fee (similar to a gym membership) in exchange for unlimited high-quality primary care. All of our members have direct access to their doctor via phone, text, or video.

Our doctor is board certified in family medicine with a background in Pediatrics and Emergency Medicine. Your membership covers all your primary, urgent, and emergent care needs including medication management, routine checkups, physicals, and more.
